Driver Requirements
To maintain our 5-star service standard across Dubai, we onboard only professional, well-presented premium drivers who meet the following criteria. Don't worry if you're not sure about the permit — our onboarding team guides you through every step.
- Valid UAE driving licence (minimum 2 years' UAE driving experience)
- RTA Professional Driver Permit (we assist with the application)
- Clean driving record — no major traffic violations in the past 3 years
- Emirates ID (UAE residents) or valid residency visa
- Vehicle age no older than 3 years (model year 2022 or newer)
- Vehicle must pass RTA roadworthiness inspection
- Smartphone with iOS 13+ or Android 10+ to run the ZUbirides Driver app
- Professional appearance and strong customer service attitude
